SHIPPING

Shipping is available in Canada. Shipping cost calculated based on weight of product(s).

Orders will be shipped within three (3) business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

Special order items are subject to availability of our suppliers. Please email larisa@interiorsbylarisa.com to determine availability and approximate shipping times.

PICK UP

Free pick up is offered at our store located at 3836 Main Street, Unit 8, Jordan ON, L0R 1S0.

We will notify you via email to schedule an appointment for pickup once your order is ready. 

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We will happily accept returns for store credit only, within seven (7) days of in-store purchase or delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging, with all its original tags attached. Lighting fixtures may not have been installed.

The following items are non-refundable:

 - Special-order items

 - Final sale/markdown items

 - Lighting fixtures that have been installed

To initiate a return, please e-mail larisa@interiorsbylarisa.com and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization number. If you would like to return your item(s) in person, please contact us to arrange a time to drop off. Walk-in returns will not be accepted. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned, and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
